7-Week-Old Puppy Gets Brought In To Be Euthanized For No Clear Reason, Instantly Gets Adopted By The Veterinarian Instead

One thing that we always say here at Animal Comedy is… the obvious, really. That dogs are angels. Dogs bring nothing but goodness and pawsitivity into the world. And they don't even need to do anything. Dogs just need to exist, and their existence is what brings joy into every corner of the universe. Because dogs are adorable, and dogs are funny, and dogs are just so silly, and puppies… puppies are all of that and somehow even more. 

So, coming across this story on or timeline left us absolutely boggled. Who in their right mind would choose to do something like this to an itty bitty angelic little puppy? It s a decision that makes zero sense to us, and that seems to be true for the veterinarian in this case as well, because obviously he could not let a decision like that stand.

    We have so, so many questions here. The biggest one being: why? Why would someone bring in a seemingly perfectly healthy small puppy to be euthanized? Like- we know that there are evil people in the world, but a puppy? A puppy?! Outrageous.

    So, yes, this story definitely is a reminder that there are a whole lot of unkind people out there, but it's also a reminder that there are a whole lot of incredible people out there. Because it didn't take one second for this pupper to find a new home with one of the best people for it, and we are thankful for that.
